I woke up the other morning and felt so sad about the state of the world. There are so many horrible things going on, leaving us with so many uncertainties about the future and what's to come. I just felt as though I wanted to express my own feelings and thoughts.

It can take so long to get to the place in life where you want to be. For me, this is the start of a journey I should have begun many moons ago. Writing stories is something I've wanted to do since I was a child. Now is the time to find out whether I can turn my fading dream into a reality. The signs, I believe are good, but the final say will be in the eyes and minds of those who choose to read my stories. I write from the heart; I feel and become part of the story itself.
